Furthermore, B&L Chocolate partners with Tanis Food Tec (TFT) to ensure the highest quality in our production process. TFT supplies advanced processing equipment essential for creating a variety of delicious fillings, such as nougat, caramel, jelly, ganache, and aerated creams. TFT’s technology guarantees consistency, quality, and efficiency, helping us craft fillings that meet our high standards for taste and texture, delivering the finest chocolate experience in every bite.
Headquartered in Wernigerode, Germany, B&L Chocolate is a modern, family-owned company. In 2013, we expanded our capabilities by completing a new 1000 m2 production factory and enlarging our office space by 450 m2, enabling us to boost our engineering and service capacities.
