Tanis Food Tec is supplier of chocolate filled tartlet manufacturing equipment. A typical example of a tartlet is the chocolate filled type. Real chocolate (tempered) or a compound filling up the cavity after depositing requires an accurate viscosity – and yield control. Also combined fillings in multiple cavities create an appealing product with a luxurious appearance. Cooling after the actual depositing requires special attention.
