Tanis Food Tec is supplier of cream filled tartlet manufacturing equipment. Cream filled tarlets are being produced with single fillings or dual fillings: cream/cream, cream/chocolate, cream/jelly or other combinations. The key to success is temperature control and control over the crystallization: this will lead to viscosity – and deposit control. Side by side, top on top or even encapsulated products can be produced only when the individual masses are fully controlled. TFT developed the single or dual RotoPlant for these specific applications.
