TWISTED CABLE MARSHMALLOW

One of the most popular types of marshmallow remains the twisted cable. This marshmallow is built up out of four ropes with each an individual colour. TFT has designed a manifold wherein the four colours are directed towards the turning outlet of the extrusion nozzle. The manifold is designed with the focus on an even pressure distribution throughout the 30 nozzles across the manifold. The manifold has two rotating drives on board that can vary in RPM to change the final shape of the candy. Additional 3D printed nozzle sets can be designed to make limitless varieties in shapes and colours.
